What To Expect:

1. Cleaning: After your wedding, your dress is picked up by our reputable cleaning and textile restoration specialist. They will carefully remove any stains, dirt, or other marks, using gentle but effective methods suited to the delicate nature of wedding fabrics like silk or satin.

2. Restoration: If there’s any damage, such as loose beads or slight discoloration, our restoration expert will work to repair or fix it. This ensures the gown looks as pristine as possible.

3. Preservation: Once the gown is cleaned and restored, it’s placed in an acid-free box. The packaging keeps the gown away from light, air, and moisture, all of which can lead to discoloration or fabric breakdown.

4. Storage: Our restoration specialist returns your gown to us in a sealed, airtight box, ensuring it's protected from environmental factors that can cause damage over time.

5. Time Frame: Gown preservation services can take up to 3 months from the time your gown is left in our care.
